Digital Illustration License Agreement for Personal Use

This agreement outlines the terms under which the Licensee (the person acquiring the digital illustration) may use the artwork provided by the Licensor (the artist). By using the artwork, the Licensee agrees to the following:

Do's

1. Personal Use Only

   • You may use the artwork for personal purposes, such as:

     • Displaying on personal devices (e.g., phone or computer wallpaper).

     • Printing for personal use (e.g., wall art in your home).

2. Non-Commercial Gifts

   • You may print the artwork as a gift for someone (e.g., birthday present) as long as no profit is made.

Don’ts

1. No Commercial Use

   • You may NOT use the artwork for any commercial purpose, including:

     • Selling products featuring the artwork (e.g., T-shirts, prints).

     • Using the artwork in advertisements or promotions.

     • Posting on websites or platforms that generate revenue (including monetized blogs or videos).

2. No Alterations Without Permission

   • You may NOT modify, edit, or alter the artwork in any way (e.g., cropping, recoloring) unless explicitly allowed by the artist.

3. No Redistribution

   • You may NOT share or distribute the digital files with others (e.g., uploading to websites, sharing in groups).

   • You may NOT resell or sublicense the artwork.

4. No Use in AI Models or NFTs

   • The artwork may NOT be used for training AI models, generating NFTs, or any blockchain-related activities.

By using the artwork, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the above terms.

If you’d like to request different uses or need commercial rights, please contact the artist to negotiate a separate license.
